About CoveLab
What Is CoveLab?
CoveLab is a research and documentation project focused on building production-grade AI workflow systems. We document what actually works in the real world — architecture decisions, failure modes, cost patterns, and multi-agent coordination — so that teams building on top of AI don't have to learn every lesson the hard way.
What We Build
Our primary output is the CoveLab Foundation — a structured collection of architecture decision records, anti-drift patterns, workflow templates, and operational playbooks for AI-first teams.
We also run this blog and an automated AI news feed, both of which draw from our day-to-day experience building and maintaining real AI systems.
Our Approach
We build on a self-hosted, zero-incremental-cost stack: Astro for the front end, n8n for workflow automation, Claude for content generation, and Caddy for TLS-terminated serving. Everything runs on a single VPS.
The goal is to prove that an AI-augmented one-person operation can produce high-quality technical documentation at a fraction of the cost of traditional approaches.
